About Saigon Bistro
Located at 1040 Bragg Blvd, Fayetteville, NC 28301, Saigon Bistro operates as a vietnamese serving Fayetteville in North Carolina. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

I have been to many of the Fayetteville Vietnamese restaurants and have also had Pho in places like Virginia, Florida, Atlanta and Oklahoma. Saigon Bistro is by far the best Spicy Vietnamese lemongrass beef noodle soup (Bun Bo Hue) I have ever had. πβ The broth was very rich and flavorfull and balanced perfectly. I had requested extra toppings and there were plenty and a lot of meat (tender) in every bite. Everything tasted very fresh and was made well and had lots of flavor. ππ₯ My main observation was that the bowl of soup I received was more than just comparable to other Vietnamese restaurants in Fayetteville, it was actually better than many of the Spicy Vietnamese lemongrass beef noodle soup bowls that I have had in other cities and states throughout the country. This must be due to the care and attention that the staff at Saigon Bistro put into the preparation of their dishes. ππ€€π€€ The authentic Vietnamese cuisine, the portion size and the flavors here make for a wonderful dining experience. If you are looking for a place that serves that, I strongly suggest to give Saigon Bistro a try. I shall return here again soon for more. β€οΈπβββββ

Staying in the Fayetteville area for a few months for work. I tried 3 other pho restaurants in Fayetteville and was not impressed. But found this place and it was amazingly!!!!! Definitely will be coming back to this small family owned business.

Pho was on point. My only complaint is no tripe, but I wonβt hold that against them. Friendly service, they were a little packed so it was slightly slow but still will go back. No complaints with the food at all.

I love Saigon Bistro!!! Its one of my favorite restaurants. We went for an early Valentine's Day lunch!!! Our server was as always on top of my questions about their vegan options. My tofu stir fry was on point!!!! Jerry got shrimp stir fry he said it was delicious. We have been here 5 or 6 times and I always say Next time I'll get some soup!!! It always looks so good.

This place was good and we actually got take out a second time while in the area. I went while my son and I were wearing authentic clothes from Vietnam that my sister got us when she was visiting her friends there! I was so excited to show the outfits to someone that would know what they are- and I even asked the cashier if she knew what they were and she very unenthusiastically said yes. I guess I was hoping for a different reaction anyhow⦠The Pho and other food is just okay but the Spring Rolls are AMAZING! Highly recommend!
